In create followupsel_closed event method CREATE_FOLLOW_UP_GEN will be called

there you can set VONA_KIND value using parameter

ls_params-name  = 'VONA_KIND'.                            "#EC NOTEXT

  ls_params-value = 'A'.          "change ur value                          "#EC NOTEXT

  APPEND ls_params TO lt_params.

These parameters is passes to while creating followup .
