Thank you so much for your suggestion.
We also checked from our side for the possible causes of this issue.
Hopefully, as per your suggestion this may be a compatibilty issue.
Hence, we decided to upgrade TREX to REV 60.
We will check again after the upgrade whether this problem is solved or not.
I'll update the post once we are done with this.
