you are adding the filed at table - VABK.

above table data goes to  data source  -2LIS_11_VAHDR.

instead the doing table level add the field at data source append sturcute.

i given explanation about after adding the filed write code at TX-  CMOD.

take the abaper help and write the code for specific filed.
