Go to Business Configuration => Implementation Projects=> Scoping (Complete all Scoping steps here).
Click on First Implementation Project (Once created) & then go to Prepare Phase & create an Admin from the relevant activity for Admin creation.
Once done, goto Application & User Management work Center => Business Users=> Find the Admin you created => Click on EDIT attributes & assign a password, SAVE this => click on EDIT Access Rights & then assign him all the required Work Centers & view (Administrator, Application & User Management, Business Configuration, business Analytics, etc. etc.)
OR
If possible, goto Business Configuration => Implementation Projects, Prepare phase & create an Admin from the relevant activity there, then goto Application & User Management & assign relevant work centers to the Admin you created & then login as the New Admin you created to perform all the implementation tasks.
